Upon receipt of your order please inspect for damages or order issues and contact us immediately

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Any item that has been personalized may not be returned. If there is an issue with an item please contact us so we can correct it. 

Any item eligible for return must have first submitted a Return Authorization Form and be approved for return. Return Items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

We will notify you once we have  received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved and how it will be processed.
